2020 Virtual AGM
A.G.M. 2020 will be virtual
For the safety of our members, St Colman’s Credit Union AGM 2020 will be held virtually on Thursday 25 March 2021 at 7pm.
There are just a couple of steps to register and receive the link to attend on the day.
Step 1 – Registration
There are just a couple of steps to register and receive the link to attend on the day. The steps are explained below, when you’re ready to register, visit the 2020 AGM event website here.
- Enter your Membership Number and Date of Birth
- Click on ‘Join Event’ button to proceed
Step 2 – Create Account
Create your account for accessing the Virtual AGM by entering your details in the registration fields provided:
- Email Address
- Create a Password.
NB: It is important you remember the password you are creating and that you keep it safe. On the day of the Virtual AGM, you will be required to enter the password provided to you in order to gain access to the event.
Once you have registered you will receive an email to confirm that you have now been registered for the AGM.
The email will give details on how to access the AGM on the day and also provide details around accessing the AGM via web browsers & mobile devices etc.
We encourage members to test connectivity to the event in advance of the event to ensure you have no technical or IT issues on your device.
Step 3 – The Day of the Virtual AGM
On the day of the event when the Virtual AGM is live, you will click on the link you received at registration. The link will bring you to the events reception page which is shown below. To enter the live stream of the AGM please click on the AGM button on the left-hand side of the screen.
Members will be invited to ask questions throughout the AGM, to do so please click on the chat tab which is on the right-hand side of your screen and you can type your question. See the image below.
