Your Rights under the Data Protection Acts
Right to rectification or erasure:

Under section 4 of the Data Protection Acts, a person has a right to be given a copy of his/her personal data. If you wish to request all data held by St. Colman’s Credit Union relating to you, write to the address below with a fee of €6.35 and your request shall be replied to within 40 calendar days.
