In line with the Government’s road map for lifting of COVID-19 restrictions we are pleased to inform our members that we will be extending our opening hours to the public from the 1st of June as follows:
• Claremorris office – Monday to Friday inclusive 10am to 2pm
• Ballinrobe office – Tuesday to Saturday inclusive 10am to 2pm
As with all employers, we have a requirement to implement practices and procedures that ensure the health and safety of our staff and members. Measures will be effective from the 1st of June in ensuring social distancing of 2 metres apart with continuous hygiene and cleaning paramount. We will continue to comply with all recommendations as they arise from the National Public Health Emergency team.
We are doing our utmost to provide all services to our members although possibly differently. We recommend our members to use our online services where you can view balances, transfer funds and you can now apply for a loan and upload required documentation. For anyone looking to open a new membership we advise that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist accordingly.
We continue to ask our members to use the fast lodgment facility where possible – this will assist in the overall operation of both offices and reduce queuing numbers. For all other queries please email us at email@example.com and we will revert accordingly.
As you are aware, the lifting of restrictions only come into place when the National Public Health Emergency Team informs that the conditions are right for a relaxation of the restrictions which are in place to protect us all.
